5G is already introducing new telco commercial and customer engagement opportunities by making ‘network on demand’ services possible. Operators looking to monetize new 5G services have also realized that legacy architecture is their single greatest constraint. These fragmented systems were designed to cater to a product-centric era and enforced rigid processes. Today’s 5G customers demand more seamless experiences that are accessible anytime and anywhere.

New industry-specific cloud solutions are empowering telcos to reimagine how they can innovate faster and deliver a step-change with digital-first customer engagement - from rapidly launching new offers, and simplifying customer ordering and onboarding, to charging and campaigning in real-time.

In this webinar, you’ll learn:

  • How industry cloud solutions deliver the speed, agility and adaptability that 5G will require
  • Why the evolution to an integrated IT and network architecture is critical for 5G success
  • How a catalog driven approach drives automation and 5G-ready commercial agility
  • Which emerging multi-party B2B2X models are pressing BSS transformation
  • How new API digital platforms are enabling rapid creation of new apps.
