James leads Heavy Reading's OSS/BSS research service. He examines the breadth of software used by communications service providers in customer, business, service and infrastructure management. James's areas of focus include BSS, OSS, SDP, policy management, revenue assurance, service assurance, analytics and business intelligence. He is particularly interested in the impact of SDN and NFV on operator's IT systems.
Prior to joining Heavy Reading, James worked for more than 15 years as an analyst covering technology and telecom companies for various investment banks and industry research firms. He previously worked as a management consultant in industry.
James holds a BSc and MEng in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Manchester, England.
Piotr is currently a Business Development Manager within the telecommunication sector for Comarch. Prior to this position, he was a Senior telecommunications consultant in RAN/Transport areas with 10+ years of experience working for mobile operators as well as a solution architect for large OSS transformation programs internationally. His experience includes analyzing operator requirements and solutions, providing technical presentations, and consulting centered on system optimization and overall customer satisfaction.
Mateusz combines extensive experience in leadership and a technological background. With 13 years of experience in the telecommunication industry, he has been driving big transformation projects for European operators such as T-Mobile and Orange. Since early on at Comarch he has been involved in various projects supporting IT transformations for global organizations. He is currently Head of the Field Service Management Consulting department.
